W3C has published a report on the Multilingual Web event held in Rome in March: http://www.w3.org/News/2013#entry-9828

It featured strong input from CNGL in the ITS2.0 implementation showcase and in the set up of a new W3C community group on Best Practices for Multilingual Linked Open Data (BP-MLOD).
