Long Name:
Cliodynamics Research Network Ireland II
Funding Body:
February 1, 2016 - January 31, 2017

The purpose of this project is to support the building of an International interdisciplinary network of researchers who are interested in cliodynamics (theoretical historical social science - mathematical modelling of historical dynamics) and data-driven history, bringing together computer scientists, social scientists, historians, archaeologists and data-curation specialists through a workshop to be held in Trinity College Dublin in May 2016. This network will seed consortia to apply for 2016-7 Horizon 2020 calls and help to establish Ireland as a world-leader in data-curation for social science and humanities.
